Have been asking for a refund and shipping label for 2 months now have had to file a dispute bank

I tried to order the 29.99 model. All of a sudden, my bank account has 29, 39, 49, and 59 models.

I immediately emailed the company; they canceled all but the 49, and I wanted the 29.

I can't get a refund or a label to send it back for a full refund. The customer service is the worst.

Cannot get any assistance, getting my problem handled

I'm very unhappy about the fact that I signed up for a double bark box and got a 12-month subscription for extra toys and ended up getting three toys in my box. No extra toys, no double bark box, and nobody will fix the problem.

Made change of address and I’m being charged but not receiving pkg

They corrected the problem and I am satisfied!

They even threw in a few extras as an apology. My account kept saying I had no active subscription after i moved and changed my address and stopped receiving pkgs.

Return order I didn’t want

I cannot talk to anyone to dispute these charges. I was charged $119.

I don't need or want these items, and I am getting upset. I can't figure this out and demand to talk to someone.

Very bad way to do business! I don't want to keep moving; I want this situation fixed.

Can not set up Gmail account

I'm trying to get my daughter's bark phone set up with her Gmail account, and nothing is working, so I called to get the issue resolved, and no one answered. This is very frustrating, as I've tried everything I can think of, and nothing is working. I'm very upset about this.

User's recommendation: Not off to a good start. I am a new customer first had difficulty finding the number and then when I do no one answers the call. I continue looking for a different number only for me to get an automated message of how the call is recorded only for the call to end. Right now I am not pleased and I haven’t even got the phone yet. I hope the phone is better than their customer service.
